You guys ran out of 200 g bars so couldn’t give me the 8 I ordered and instead sent me 16 110 g bars and I found that to be incredibly thoughtful! I ended up with more chocolate and you even wrote a handwritten note explaining! I love the personal touch, the genuine apology, and a more than adequate replacement! Perfect way to run a business. You also usually will give an extra candy that I didn’t order so the fact you give more than what I order is incredibly noble and makes the customer feel appreciated. I recommend this place to my friends.

I got the cherry scones this time, and don't like them as much as the sultana raisins only. They are still very good.
