Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • Dry Goods (non-frozen) USPS or FED EX Home Delivery.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (Mon-Fri). In November, December and the month before Easter, orders may take longer to process.
  • Heavy or incomplete orders may take longer to process.
  • If you require your package by a specific date, please make a note in the comment box and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  • Shipping charges are based on weight and distance
  • Shipping options are available through FedEx & USPS within the USA.
  • Deliveries are not made on Saturday or Sunday.
  • The transit time for Ground shipping depends on your zip code. Orders to the East Coast should arrive within 2 to 4 business days.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday.
  • If you require Signature required, please tick box extra $7.95 for Fed Ex only.

Tax

  • The item prices on the website do not include shipping and handling.
  • Customers in Florida are subject to 6.5% sales tax on certain items.
  • The shipping and handling charges will be computed when you start the checkout process as they are based on your zip code.

Restrictions

  • We can ship to anywhere in the USA that FEDEX or USPS delivers to.
  • We cannot send frozen products outside of the USA.
  • The shipping calculator only allows for orders up to 150lbs.
  • If your order is larger than that, please split into two orders or phone in the order to the store.
  • If needed, orders over 100lbs can be picked up at the warehouse - please arrange your pickup date and time in advance - "walk ins" welcome between 8-1.30pm.

Frozen Perishable Shipping Policy

  • Minimum for Frozen shipping is 6-10lb
  • Do Not mix dry goods with frozen
  • Orders containing Frozen items must choose 'FED EX Home Delivery ' at checkout and are shipped to the following states: FL,
  • Orders containing Frozen items must choose 'FEDEX EXPRESS' 2 DAY ONLY at checkout and are shipped to the following states: AL,AR, AK, AZ, CA,CO, CT, DE, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL,IN, KS, KT, LA, MA,ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT NC, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY.
  • Products need to arrive within 24 hours to 36 hours to avoid the product from becoming spoiled.
  • Requires an insulated Cooler Box & Dry Ice.
  • If you place a frozen perishable order Wednesday-Sunday, it will be held and shipped the following Monday or next available business day.
  • Refrigerated or frozen food cannot be returnedplease be aware of this when ordering.
  • If you require Signature required, please tick box extra $7.95 for Fed Ex only.

Returns

  • All returns must be approved in advance by telephone.
  • Please call 1-407-648-6803 - from 8 am - 1.30 pm EST Monday to Friday.
  • Items such as gift wares can be returned after contacting us.
  • Returns will be at the discretion of British Food Club.
  • The items must be received back in a perfect state; and a restocking fee of 20% will be applied to the refund issued.
  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipment of the package.
  • Food is not returnable.
  • If package is damaged on delivery, please report to us the damages with a picture within 24 hours of receipt of product.
  • Prior to returning damaged items they must be reported within 24 hours to us with photographs.
  • All problems must be reported with 24 hours and returned before 30 days after receipt.
